The Whole Milk is Greater then the Sum of its Parts.

The benefits of whole milk are numerous to say the least.
Whole Milk with its cream intact can contribute to proper Protein and Mineral
utilization. Without the fat factor in milk according to studies will result
in protein and mineral loss. I've read one university study that showed
the use of non fat salad dressing had the most mineral loss compared to
the group that used the full fat dressing. Remember this, Vitamins A and
D require fats in the milk for their proper transport and uptake into the
human body. Blair's concentrated protein was processed with the fat
removed so when cream was added back, the ratio was back to the same as
whole milk but in a concentrated form. So you see now that the whole milk
is greater then the sum of its parts.
