The Negative Effects of a Low Fat Diet in Bodybuilding Nutrition.

 We all can certainily understand the need and the importance of protein in the diet of a bodybuilder. What we need to further understand is the important link between Protein and fat. If you look at how food is by nature, you will notice its equal ratio of protien and fat. for example whole milk contains exactly 8 grams of protein and 8 grams of fat. Why is this ? Why not 8 grams of protein and 1 gram of fat ? The answer is clear. Because nature didn't originally make it this way. If you research the fat components in whole milk you will find that it comprises of Vitamins A and D contained within the fat portion of milk. The resulting factor is this. Without the fat portion of milk, Vitamins A and D cannot be utilized by the human body and the body is basically thrown into chaos of sorts and protein and mineral loss are the end result. Protein with its natural fat will provide the body with the properly utilized nutriments to help rebuild and strengthen it to its fullest potential.
