Creating a Nutritional Mindset

 Casey's at bench, two away , bottom of the ninth rep. While still needing to press on, he thinks back to what his forefathers did before him. Eder, Grimek, Sandow seem to come to mind. With guts and determination, he pushes out his ninth. Still thinking back, only one to go, as he reaches into his innate reserve ability as Mentzer once coined the term, he presses onward and finishes up his set for the home stretch. Creating a nutritional mindset requires as much training of the mind as weight training is to the body so to speak. Sound nutritional practices, when properly applied, will further propel bodybuilding and strength training performance at its best. The human body requires the proper nutriments so that muscle growth and recovery can work most efficiently. Remember this and you will be the wiser. Blair and others have stated that Nutrition is 85 % of the battle when it comes to bodybuilding and strength training success.
