Magnesium is without a doubt a major driving force for Bodybuilding and strength training success. Magnesium is nessesary for Protein synthesis , RNA and DNA synthesis, muscle contractions and contributes significantly to the production of Adenosine triphosphate or ATP which is the body's prime muscle energy compound. Magnesium is pivotal in the production of Testosterone by means of proper Lipid (Fat) metabolism. Research also shows that Magnesium increases Growth Hormone and IGF-I which is the body's primary muscle building component.
