The Importance of a High Protein Breakfast in Bodybuilding Nutrition.

 Probably the single most important meal anyone can have is first thing in the morning.  This is the most crucial time in which to get the all important amino acids most especially Glutamine into your system. Have an upcoming exam to take ? Make sure to eat a protein rich breakfast as research shows that students who eat a high protein breakfast have excelled in their exam scores. The reason for this is simple. You basically wake up the next day after an 8 hour fast if you will and the body is in need of amino acids to jump start and fuel your body's demands, be that weight training or mental tasks for conquering that all important final exam.
